The Adolescent & Young Adult Oncology Program at Princess Margaret Hospital is proud to present the third annual AYA Conference. This year, the first half day will be dedicated to sessions for patients and families, while the following one and a half days will be for health care providers.
Patients can register right now, for free, under the 'Register' tab at the top. You will be able to choose whether you wish to attend online or in person.
Health care provider can also register for either in person or virtual attendance, for one or both days. More information can be accessed in the 'Register' tab.
